Terms and Conditions

1. A 20% non-refundable deposit is to be paid upon booking. A transaction reciept for proof will be required to secure your booking.


2. The invoice for your event must be paid one week prior to your event date. Failure to do so will result in your event being cancelled.


3.A refundable bond of 20% will be required For all bookings that have an attendance of five or more people. This bond will be transferred back if all equipment is returned without damage. Once all equipment has been reviewed the transfer of your bond may take two to three business days.


4. Yard games are subject to availability.


5. All picnics located within a 50km radius of Ipswich CBD do not incur a travel fee. picnics booked outside of this radius will incur a travel feE.


6. upon booking you must provide a secondary location suitable for wet weather conditions.


7. if you are unable to provide a second location only then will you be entitled to reschedule your event. If you wish to reschedule you must contact us 3 days prior to your event to avoid the catering cost. If the resechdule occurs after this period you will be charged for the catering and it will be delivered to an address of your choosing withing the 50Km travel radius.


8. The decision to change to the secondary location will occur as per the following:

- all bookings with a sunrise to 12pm start will be decided by 10pm the day before.

- all bookings made with a 12:01pm and onwards start will be decided by 10am the morning of your picnic date.


9. We are in no way responsible for providing weather forecasts.


10. refunds can be given if cancellation is made one week prior to your picnic booking date minus the non refundable deposit.


11. If your cancellation is due to covid government restrictions in Queensland we will discuss your options further with you.


12. When you purchase a gift voucher, it will be emailed to you in a pdf format at no cost. If you would like a hard copy of your gift voucher posted out, there will be a fee of $5 for printing and post.
